QT from Nokia(Trolltech) is an excellent cross-platform GUI toolkit. QT, pronounced "Cutie", allows programmer's to write desktop applications using a rich set of graphical widgets, database libraries, network components which can then run on Linux, Mac and Windows and look equally good and "native" on each of the operating systems.
